I have not given up! I still take a photo everyday, and have purchased a new card reader.
Editing is not something I have allotted enough time for, apparently.

After a whirlwind week in New York and substantial time spent on getting ahead in my school work-- I will have a boatload of photos on the way.

This is what my Saturdays usually look like... Working at the Children's Museum, we host about five birthday parties each weekend, on average.

Colorful and fun, often themed, and I my job is to act like a complete goofball. (ahem, not very hard for me)

Hooray.

A most delicious way to ring in the new year- homemade black-eyed pea gumbo at Lauren and Stephen's. Turns out I left having only taken pictures of the kids. They're so adorable, though, can you blame me?

New Year's Resolutions are cliche, bogus, and usually defunct by March. Who really wants to set themselves up for almost certain failure? Not this girl.

Instead, I'm embarking on a personal project: documenting 2010 in photos. One photo taken everyday for one year. No rules for the photos- any subject matter will do. (thankfully, not all self portraits!) The final product may not be a work of staggering genius, but perhaps I'll sharpen my photography skills, and find some enjoyment doing something for me.

I've revamped my blog layout, as it's about to change drastically, and finally get some real use.
Here's to the new year, and the hopes that it will bring plenty of adventure, fun, success, and stability.
